About this Project

The goal was to create a campaign that will encourage mothers to increase their use of Mimic's pre-dosed cups.

Background

Currently, Mimic observes a low frequency of repeat orders for its pre-dosed cups. Mimic aims to increase the utilization of pre-dosed cups.

Mimic aims to reintroduce itself to the target audience in an engaging manner and persuade them to purchase pre-dosed cups more frequently.

The client

The client of this project is Mimic.

Mimic is a startup that has launched an innovative baby bottle with pre-dosed cups. Mimic focuses on the feeding moment. To make the transition from breast to bottle smooth, Mimic has imitated the drinking technique and the shape of the breast.

Campagne

For this project, we had been commissioned to create a campaign that will convince mothers to make more use of Mimic's pre-dosed cups.

Target Group

Out target group were mothers between the ages of 25 and 35 with babies between the ages of 0 and 12 months.

Based on research showed that mothers between those ages are starting the use bottle feeding or are switching from breastfeeding to bottle feeding and are not yet sure if they want to do so.

Objective

Mimic feels that the frequency of repeat orders of the pre-dosed cups is currently too low. Mimic wants the presorted cups to be used more often.

The marketing’s goal is to introduce Mimic again to the target group in a attractive way and to try to convince them to buy the preserved cups more often.

Slogan

Me and a fellow colleague brainstormed some campaign ideas that fit the target group the best. We were strictly told by the teacher that the concepts need to have a positive attitude and not negative.

“Faster bottle-making, more time with your loved ones”

This is the title for the campaign concept that was chosen. With any other brand of baby food, you have to scoop or weigh how much baby food to put in the bottle yourself. All this takes time, valuable time that mothers could better use to spend with their loved ones.

Promoting Tools

The group had decided that we would use Facebook, Posters, Advertisements and a Landingspage. I was in charge of designing the Facebook ads and Landingspage.
